Based on this conversation, our designer Andressa develops a complete design concept — layout, material palette, fixture selections, and spatial flow. You’ll see mood boards, material samples, and detailed plans that bring the vision to life before a single tool touches your wall. We refine the design collaboratively until every element feels right.

Step 2: Material Curation
This is where Scalso truly sets itself apart. Rather than handing you a catalogue, we take you on a guided journey through our trusted suppliers and showrooms. You’ll touch the surfaces, feel the weight of the tapware, see how different stones catch the light.
Andressa guides every selection, ensuring each material works in harmony with the overall design. We source from established European and Australian suppliers who share our commitment to quality. Every material is selected not just for how it looks today, but for how it will perform and age over the years ahead.
What you get: A fully curated material palette with samples, supplier details, and final selections locked in before construction begins.
Step 3: Construction & Reveal
With the design finalised and every material confirmed, Gustavo takes the lead. He coordinates every trade — plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, joinery, painting — with the precision of someone who’s been doing this for over twenty years. Every tradesperson on a Scalso project is someone we’ve worked with for years and trust completely.
When it’s complete, we do a thorough final inspection, walk you through your finished space, and ensure every detail exceeds your expectations. Our relationship doesn’t end at handover — we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties and remain available long after the project is complete.
